Instructional Resource Center Coordinator

Job Description:

The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired is seeking an IRC Coordinator.  This individual will provide leadership and direction for Instructional Resources and Braille Production staff to ensure that all students who are blind/visually impaired in New Mexico have appropriate accessible books and materials to meet their needs.  They will also provide training and support in the use of accessible materials to New Mexico educators.  This is a 9 month position with extended days and can be located in Alamogordo or Albuquerque.

Qualifications:

Must possess a NM PED license as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired and a minimum of five years of TVI experience is required.
